In early 1980's, a Israeli adventurer Yossi Ghinsberg travels to Bolivia, after three years of serving in the army in Israel, for a journey into the heart of the Amazon rainforest. There, he meets Marcus Stamm, a Swiss school teacher, and Marcus's friend Kevin Gale, an American hiker who takes photographs. Arriving at La Paz, he then spotted by a mysterious Austrian, Karl Ruchprecter, who claims that the lost Indian tribe are found somewhere in the jungle. Yossi believes him, and convinces Marcus and Kevin to join him hiking in the jungle. Marcus and Kevin reluctantly agree.[more on Wiki]
